interview tips?? aku ke yg nk bg interview tips ni?
ok actually im not human resource students or someone from recruitment center. i juz wanna share my interview experience so that uolss will not repeat my mistake or for uolss to make initial preparation towards the coming interviews session.
job application:
at first when u apply for a job do make sure wat kind of job u apply for.
2nd. please be prepare to introduce urself when all of sudden there is a call from the company that u apply for. make sure u do not forget that u really apply for that company. if not it is as u do not interested and randomized choose them.show interest at least know a little bit bout that company. since now days technology being used damn much in our daily life, i do found that most probably company tend to have phone interview. the 1st stage sometimes will be all of sudden. beware & strt do ur revision.
3rd things is prepare to answer why do u apply for that job?? simple question but for me it make me stutter to answer that bcoz i am the person who simply apply for job desperately. hahaha. dont do that k! have some aims in applying the job. choose something u really want and wait for at least a month for they to reply ur application. the company needs time to shortlist the candidates for interview session.
there are not so much question being ask through phone conversation but when they invite you for face to face interview session u have to prepare a lot including the way to speak so that u looks natural and if possible & most incredible to speak like a native speakers.
the list of question they did ask me:
1. hye..would u like to introduce urself?
2.how do u manage ur time between curriculum activities & ur study?

3. do u hv any significant project that u hv done b4? can u share it with me?
(the question look so friendly but if u r not prepare, furthermore when ur heart beats become so fast as if u hv sprint for 100 metres, probably u will 4get tht u hv ever done it actually but wht is it?? erghhh & u strt trembling)
4.if that a team work or individual? if team how do u manage ur work and ensure everybody to perform well?
5. wat do u do when ur team member not perform well? how do u encounter that situation?
6. do u hv plan to further study for professional qualification? (as i am accounting student)
7. on part time basis or full time basis? if part time wat is going to be ur priority?
8. why do u choose this company?
9. i do believe that u apply for another job ya. if both company offer u a job..on wht base u will choose one company over another? (haha..this question kill me)
8. do u hv any weakness?
9. wat is ur strength?
